An Evening of Hot Sauce [Lucy's Kitchen]

On November 21st, we will be inviting guests to join An Evening of Hot Sauce at Lucy's Kitchen in Millbrook.

This tasting event is a warm welcome into the world of capsaicin, one that seeks to celebrate the majesty of chillies, their taste and their history, by showcasing ten different hot sauces from around the world. 

Each sauce will be exemplary of a different flavour, fermentation, and heat. Attendees will be guided through their profile, while ascending the Scoville scale at a communal pace, all with the supporting delectability of cooling side dishes to complete the evening's meal.

This tasting begins at 7pm and will conclude at 10pm. Drinks will be available. Further details will be sent via email nearer to the event date.
