We love the White Ghost. The shape of its heat is so distinct, so gradual, that it consistently makes a brilliant sauce. At first, those tasting this sauce will be able to revel in the nectarine, with its inherently sweet nectar quality enticing the palate. Then, the ghost appears, becoming incrementally warmer and warmer, leading to a magnificent ascent of heat that is certain to get the adrenaline (and dopamine) pumping. 

Don't be afraid to add this sauce to your burrito, sandwich, or, creamy winter soups.
