Perhaps our most popular BATCH to date was BATCH 002, a hot sauce that paired the Bahamian Goat chilli and fresh mango. There's just something essentially charismatic about the chilli, which is immediately exotic on the palate, with bright stone fruit flavours. It’s popularity could also be the succulence of mango, giving the sauce a cool and tropical sweetness. It could even simply be the stand-out orange profile of the bottle. What ever the reasoning, the bottle has been warmly received and remains one of our favourites.
