When deciding on which chillies to work with in 2025, we looked at the bottles we produced in 2024 and ensured we picked some of our favourites. Fatalii was an obviously choice. 

Those who enjoyed BATCH 006 will know exactly what to expect: an absolutely arresting hot sauce with a low and slow heat that rises to elation, all while scored with a mouth-watering fruitiness. The vibrant yellow colour is also made even more appealing with a signature black speckle, that from the golden kiwi's seeds.
